How does tank beer work? Onet on Budweiser Budvar

Onet has published a piece explaining what makes fresh, unpasteurised Budweiser Budvar stored in tanks so special. The article describes the transport of the lager from České Budějovice, the protection of the beer from contact with air, and the importance of properly prepared glassware and correct pouring.
