From Wrocław to the next city: Dřevný Kocůr opens a franchise in Lubin

Lubin is just a short trip from Wrocław. In January 2027, a new reason to get together will arrive there: the first Dřevný Kocůr franchise restaurant. Renovations are underway, and together with the owners, we are preparing a space where Czech cuisine, tank beer, and sports screenings will come together at shared tables.

Months of hard work lie behind this opening. Throughout 2026, we developed the Dřevný Kocůr franchise project, preparing for partnerships in further cities. Lubin is the first result of these efforts.

We recently introduced the owners and the new restaurant on social media. The Reel achieved a significant reach, and the positive reactions from residents showed that we aren’t the only ones looking forward to the opening. We see this as an encouragement to expand into mid-sized Polish cities, where there is space for restaurants that foster social gatherings even during the week.

2027 will be a time of major changes for our brand. Alongside the planned opening in Lubin, we want to launch further franchise projects, meet new partners, and select locations together. Some of these activities will just be the start of the journey towards the next openings.
